Movement is the hallmark of life, yet physical literacy across the country is at an all-time low. Since the physical body is what makes idea expression and goal achievement possible, we at Stillness Academy believe it is critical for students to learn to heal, strengthen, and maintain the only body they'll have in this life. The Koncept of Movement relates to our physical health, activity levels, strength, biomechanics, physical contact with others, rest, sleep, and breathing patterns. Stillness students receive a broad movement education, which prioritizes long-term health and freedom of movement. They also learn various self and partner care and healing practices.
